Property Description

101 foot lake front property with a gorgeous lakefront and a fantastic project build ready for you to get started on. We've got just about everything you need from a flat grassy beachfront lawn, a dock, septic system, water license and a fully inspected foundation that just needs a home. There's even a manufactured home in place for temporary rent to avoid speculation tax and a couple finished rooms (1 bedroom & 2 bathrooms) in the foundation for that ""glamping"" experience while you coordinate and build your dream home. We've got plans, numerous reports, inspections and a Development Permit in place to get you started. Your dream home will sit approximately 70ft from the waters edge so you'll hear the waves and watch the kids enjoy jumping from your dock for years to come. The foundation is designed for a Rancher with a lower level and approx. 3,500sqft of living space. It's got everything from steel reinforced beams to in-floor radiant heat piping and a 3 car Garage over a suspended slab in the design. The Sellers have done the hard work and put in the time. Now it's your turn to take what they've started, verify and start building. This dream home/property is a short 15 minutes from Kelowna International Airport and an even shorter drive to grocery stores and shopping centers. (Buyer to verify all information to their own satisfaction as sellers cannot warranty or guarantee anything beyond what is provided) (id:5764)
