MOVALA is in South Pandosy, one of Kelowna's most walkable neighbourhoods, between Pandosy Village and the lake.
Beaches and parks
Lakeshore Road's beaches are close by, including Boyce-Gyro Beach, with its wide sandy shore, volleyball courts and summer rentals, and Rotary Beach just to the south. The Mission Creek Greenway, with more than 16 km of walking and cycling trail, starts off Lakeshore Road.
Shopping and dining
Pandosy Village has independent boutiques, galleries, cafes, bakeries, restaurants and a brewery, all within walking distance.
Schools
Okanagan College's Kelowna campus is on KLO Road nearby. School catchments are set by School District 23, so check the catchment for a specific home with the district.
Getting around
BC Transit's frequent Route 1 runs along Lakeshore Road to downtown, and Route 4 connects the South Pandosy Exchange with Okanagan College and Orchard Park. Downtown Kelowna is about a 10 minute drive, and Kelowna International Airport (YLW) is roughly 25 to 30 minutes, depending on traffic.
