Capri Centre, with a grocery store, pharmacy and banking, is close by. The Landmark District's office towers are one of Kelowna's main tech and business hubs, and the Kelowna Farmers Market has recently moved to the area.
Parks and recreation
Parkinson Recreation Centre is being replaced with a larger facility, with pools, a gym, a fitness centre and sports fields, scheduled to open in late 2027; the current centre stays open during construction. The Okanagan Rail Trail runs nearby, offering almost 14 km of trail through Kelowna.
