Shannon Lake Regional Park has a flat, 2 km trail suitable for strollers, plus picnic tables and canoeing. Shannon Lake Golf Club offers 18- and 9-hole play. The Boucherie Rush Trail on Mount Boucherie climbs to a 758 m summit with valley views.

Recreation and shopping

The Johnson Bentley Memorial Aquatic Centre and Royal LePage Place arena are West Kelowna's main recreation facilities. Westbank Centre, the City's downtown, has shops and services.

School catchments are set by School District 23, so check the catchment for a specific home with the district.

Getting around

The developer lists Highway 97 at Westbank Centre about 8 minutes away and downtown Kelowna about 15 minutes by car. BC Transit's 97 RapidBus runs from Westbank Centre Exchange to downtown Kelowna and UBC Okanagan.
